About Us
Sardar Trust is a non-profit, philanthropic organization committed to transforming lives through quality healthcare and education. Established with a vision to serve the underserved, Sardar Trust functions as an umbrella institution that currently oversees two flagship initiatives: Sardar Trust Eye Hospital (STEH) and Sardar Institute of Health Sciences (SIAHS). Together, they represent the Trust’s enduring mission to ensure access, equity, and excellence in health and education across Pakistan.
Our Mission
To create lasting impact in the lives of underprivileged individuals by providing high-quality, affordable eye care and advancing healthcare education through professional training and capacity building.
Our Vision
A Pakistan where no one suffers needlessly from preventable blindness or lack of access to skilled healthcare professionals.
Sardar Trust Eye Hospital (STEH)
Established as the first initiative of the Trust, Sardar Trust Eye Hospital is a center of excellence in eye care, offering a full range of ophthalmic services including diagnostics, surgery, outpatient care, and vision rehabilitation. The hospital is committed to delivering world-class treatment, especially to those who cannot afford it, by combining compassionate service with modern medical technology.
Our outreach programs, mobile eye camps, and charity surgeries have helped restore vision for thousands of individuals in rural and urban areas alike—making STEH a beacon of hope in the fight against preventable blindness.
Sardar Institute of Allied Health Sciences (SIAHS)
In response to the growing need for trained healthcare professionals in Pakistan, the Sardar Institute of Allied Health Sciences was founded to educate and empower the next generation of healthcare workers. Offering accredited diploma and degree programs in fields such as optometry, medical lab technology, and operation theater technology, the institute blends academic rigor with practical experience.
SIAHS not only supports the professional pipeline for healthcare services in the region but also helps students from low-income backgrounds to access career opportunities in the health sector—thus multiplying the Trust’s social impact.
