Yes, CNIC is mandatory for registration and treatment.

This center was established in 1994 in Garhu Shahi and has been serving the community ever since.

The complete process usually takes around 1 to 2 hours, depending on patient load.

The process is as follows:

  1. Reception – Registration
  2. Screening Room – Initial check-up
  3. Consultant – Doctor’s consultation
  4. Pharmacy/Optical Shop – Collect prescribed medicines or glasses
  5. Then go home, if no further treatment is required
  6. In case of surgery:
    • Register on the 1st floor
    • Receive your surgery date
    • Return on the scheduled day for the procedure

The check-up fee is Rs. 50.

If someone cannot afford it, the check-up is provided free of cost.
